The Davis/BSO cycle of Sibelius symphonies is of the highest caliber with regard to interpretation, performance, and now, sonics with this remastered set.

These symphonies sound great on my car stereo--amazing considering they were recorded some time ago--the interpretations were also outstanding with the exception of Symphony no.
