I have another classic and it arrived with about 20 pages missing. I was so hesitant to order this. It is pristine. Looks like it has never been read. LOVE IT. 1970 - classic and has invaluable information. QUICK delivery. So Happy!

I bought my first Vogue sewing book in 1972, and I am trying to slowly make a collection of them. Although this book dates back to the seventies, some of the information about fabrics is still pertinent.
The sewing tips and techniques are still helpful after all these years, especially sleeve fitting and making pockets.

 I love old books they are willing to teach you how to do sewing unlike more common new age books. This one is worth the price. If you can find this book it's a must in your library. My library consists of books about every subject a person could want to do. Gardening to raising livestock, flowers other forms of stitchery like embroidery (love Chinese embroidery), etc. Another book I recommend is The Complete Encyclopedia of stitchery by Mildred Graves Ryan.
