I did not realize there were so many mythical creature. This book covers most of the world so some of the creatures I have never heard of but fun to learn. A tidbit I came across in the book was Pliny the Elder, a military commander, naturalist, philosopher, etc, apparently saw some of these creatures and wrote about them. Reading about what he saw and described made me think he was also an excellent storyteller. This made me purchase the Pliny the Elder book to research old Pliny some more. Interesting book and good drawings of the creatures.

El libro es precioso, es mas pequeño de lo que pensé pero es grueso y trae muchisimas criaturas, hasta las menos conocidas e incluye criaturas de otros paises. Le pongo 4 estrellas porque el libro venia con un corte en la portada que tambien llega a algunas de las primeras hojas, como si hubieran pasado un cutter sobre el libro, tuve que pegarlo con cinta adhesiva, desconozco si es error del vendedor o der transportista. Fuera de eso el contenido del libro es muy bonito y las ilustraciones son hermosas.
