O autorze

Theodor Seuss Geisel – better known to his millions of fans as Dr. Seuss – was born the son of a park superintendent in Springfield, Massachusetts, in 1904. After studying at Dartmouth College, New Hampshire, and later at Oxford University in England, he became a magazine humorist and cartoonist, and an advertising man. He soon turned his many talents to writing children’s books, which included the creation of the one and only ‘The Cat in the Hat’, published in 1957.

Still one of my favourite Dr Seuss books ever! I have read it so many times I barely even need to look at the words when I read it to my son. The message it gives is fantastic and very true to life; sometimes things will go perfectly for you, except when they don’t because sometimes they won’t. But not to worry cause the good times will come again. Highly recommend!! For an age I selected 4 years but to be honest I’m in my 40’s and still read it. It is great for people of any age.

Such a lovely book, a story that would be suitable for children and adults alike. It’d make a nice but alternative graduation present I feel.
